Marketing Tips & Advice

HOW DO I GET THE POSTCARDS?

It's simple. You prepay the $489.00 and then you can go a couple different ways. You can provide your artwork or we can help design or fully design your postcards for you.

HOW SOON CAN THEY GO TO PRINT?

First, we need to reserve your spot on the press. You do this by faxing or emailing us your order form with payment. Next, provide your artwork in digital format refer to our specifications. Once you receive a proof and sign off on it, we'll have your cards printed & ready to mail or ship to you within 1 week depending on quantity.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Master Card, VISA, , Discover and American Express. To place your order online, you must use a credit card. If you call, fax or mail, your order you may also make payment by check or money order .

What if I'm not comfortable ordering online?

If you are not comfortable with placing your order online, you can call us and we will take your order over the phone.

When will my credit card be charged?

When you place you order, initially your card will only be charged for design services plus a $35 proof generation fee. After you have approved your proof for printing, you will be charged for the balance of the project.

How long will it take to complete my order?

It typically takes 1 business day to generate a proof and 4 business days to print and mail (or ship) the postcards. If you are having design services performed it will take additional time depending on the level of service you have selected. Although we often mail/ship in less than 4 days, if you absolutely need your postcards faster, we offer a 2 day turnaround. For a 2 day turnaround expedite fees of $25/1000 ($100 min).

Do you offer other products such as self-mailers and Business cards?

Printing Questions

What other types of postcards do you offer?

All of the pricing on our website is for postcards that are FULL COLOR on BOTH sides (4/4 color). Additionally, all of our postcards are printed on 10pt C2S stock that has a GLOSSY FINISH on BOTH SIDES. Online we currently offer two sizes; Standard (4in x 6in) and Large (5.5in x 8.5in). If you are interested in a different size card, different paper stock, or need 4/1 pricing please give us a call.

CAN I E-MAIL MY ARTWORK?

Yes, e-mail your artwork to your account rep and he or she will forward it to our design department or you can e-mail artwork directly to: files@postcardsavings.com
